Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Architect (EA), where you'll be at the forefront of shaping our global omnichannel IS strategy.

In this role, you'll be responsible for defining, evolving, and evangelizing our enterprise application vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives innovation across the organization. You will champion modern architecture principles to enable agility, scalability, and resilience in our systems.

As a key leader, you will establish and nurture an internal competency center for enterprise applications architecture, inspiring and guiding teams across IT and the broader Tiffany & Co. ecosystem. This hands-on role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from designing cutting-edge technical solutions and integrating new technologies to proactively addressing technical debt and identifying and piloting emerging trends within the omnichannel landscape.

Key Accountabilities

End to End Omnichannel Architecture

  • Lead the definition and execution of a future-oriented strategy for our global omnichannel ecosystem, including China, acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to ensure alignment with evolving priorities while proactively challenging assumptions and guiding the modernization of our digital and IT landscape.

  • Partner with business stakeholders from Client Experience, Retail Excellence, eCommerce and Digital to anticipate their evolving technology needs, recommending forward-thinking solutions.

  • Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices in close collaboration with solution architects across global omnichannel teams and LVMH counterparts.

  • Partner with solution architects to deliver robust technical application designs, including detailed diagrams, integration patterns, and comprehensive data documentation.

  • Make informed decisions balancing state-of-the-art architectural ideals with practical budget and timeline constraints.

  • Actively participate in cross-functional innovation workshops to identify and prototype new solutions.

Architecture Design Authority

  • Lead the Architecture Design Authority for Omnichannel initiatives, establishing efficient governance processes to ensure architectural compliance throughout project lifecycles, from initiation to post-launch.

  •  Assess and challenge, and propose solutions in-line with our business and IT strategies. 

  • Ensure alignment with domain and technical experts 

  • Communicate decisions to stakeholders 

  • Focus on enabling rapid iteration and minimizing bureaucratic overhead.

Leadership and collaboration

  • Mentor solution architects, fostering excellence in design, architecture, and development standards.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with a network of internal and external IT specialists, application directors, solution architects, project managers, and external solution providers, offering leadership and technical direction while expanding our enterprise architecture capabilities.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, integration, and data teams to establish cross-domain standards, ensuring seamless portability between tools and technologies.

  • Partner with LVMH architecture teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage and adapt best practices from the group and other brands to fit Tiffany & Co.'s unique requirements.

Enterprise architecture repository

  • Actively contribute to the Enterprise Architecture Standards repository ensuring Standards are shared, understood and remain relevant.

  • Oversee the upkeep of Tiffany’s Application Portfolio management tool, ensuring we capture guaranteeing application owners maintain complete and current information.

  • Offer guidance and support to maximize the value of the enterprise architecture tool, proposing enhancements that benefit both business and IT stakeholders.

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Innovation and change management

  • Build trust with business teams, proactively providing insightful technology advisories.

  • Champion innovation across the IT organization, challenging the status quo and conventional thinking and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Evangelize industry trends and best practices within the omnichannel domain, promoting awareness and inspiring innovation among IT and business teams.

  • Collaborate with omnichannel solution experts and LVMH Group teams to introduce relevant innovations to Tiffany & Co., expanding our solution portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture roles, with a strong background in IT enterprise architecture, company culture transformation, and change management. 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic approach to architecture development. 

  • Experience in modernizing and simplifying information systems. 

  • A proven track record of inspiring change and transforming IT culture in a large organization. 

  • Deep, hands-on technical and operational expertise with IT technologies and architecture frameworks TOGAF, ARCHIMATE). 

  • Expansive knowledge of end-to-end enterprise applications such as e-commerce, marketing automation, clienteling, PIM, POS, DAM … 

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and microservice-oriented architecture. 

  • Requires strong influencing / negotiation skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific technologies relevant to the luxury retail industry. 

  • Experience with global project management and distributed teams. 

  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment. 

  • Experience with Digital Platform implementations (e.g, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, Adobe Experience Manager, Algolia, CEGID) 

  • Experience with CRM implementations (e.g. Salesforce Core) 

  • Experience with retail clienteling & Contact Center (e.g. Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) 

  • Experience with Order Management Systems (e.g. IBM Sterling) 

  • Experience implementing microservices based applications 

  • Experience with integration solutions (e.g. Salesforce MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, Fivetran, Informatica PowerCenter ETL, and IBM MQ). 

  • Experience with ERP implementations (e.g. JDEdwards EnterpriseOne) 

  • Experience with data platforms integration 

  • French is a plus

The hiring range for this position ranges from $150,000 – $190,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
