Job DescriptionThe Enterprise architect will be responsible for linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of the bank to the Information Technology strategy; documents and monitors this using multiple architectural models, views and methods that show how the bank’s current and future needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

Experience Required
- Hand-ons Experience (5 – 7 years) in Software Development, Application Support, IT Infrastructure or any other technical IT roles.
- Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Business Analyst is highly preferred.
- Domain Expertise in data management, cloud infrastructure, security or networking.
- Understanding of business strategy, IT Governance, and organizational structures to align IT with business goals.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ITIL.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or ArchiMate to map business capabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, often working with C-suite executives
