As an Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Lead greenfield transformations and implementations, owning the entire solution lifecycle across multiple systems from development to production using DevOps practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, architecture principles, and clean code practices across the development team.
- Guide and support team members in realizing desired results while fostering a culture of critical thinking and collaboration.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in solution design and architecture, with over 10 years overall experience in building and delivering software solutions.
- Proven expertise in asset management and/or field service management solutions.
- Experience in managing overarching solution designs and end-to-end system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and startup environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS and/or Maximo.
- Knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Ability to ensure technical standards compliance, cost efficiency, and team motivation.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead complex, multi-system transformation projects from concept to production.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, clean code practices, and best practices.
- Drive technical decisions while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Produce comprehensive architecture documentation and BPML designs.
