We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Enterprise Architect (m/f/diverse). The IT Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in providing transparency to our IT landscape and build the foundation for developing our IT landscape and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture, project management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape.
• Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gather comprehensive insights into the organization's IT environment
• Provide support for the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with policies and standards.

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or related field
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
• Knowledge of data management principles and practices
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
