Job Description
As the IT Applications Compliance lead you will be responsible for managing compliance - audit management services for Key Agilent IT Enterprise Applications that require ongoing monitoring and audit readiness. We are looking for a strong passionate candidate to play the challenging Compliance and security Lead role, who would be able to continue evangelizing the value of Enterprise Applications Compliance - controls and take on continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on consistency, accuracy, efficiency, while being accountable for day-to-day operational testing, tracking - reporting of compliance status for scoped IT applications.
Your primary accountabilities will include:
· Liaison with external - internal auditors and application owners to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards, processes - policy framework
· Works with application Support team to provide data and create remediation plan for any identified audit issue, takes remediation to logical closure with ISRM and Auditors
· Partner with ISRM to fine tune existing security policies to cover a broader spectrum of security and compliance requirements in existing environment
· Compliance - Security champion - steward; assist Project Managers and support leads in assessing impact of regulatory controls and security threats in enterprise application development and support environment.
· Evangelize compliance and security processes through the creation, and as appropriate, delivery of process training, workshops etc. for global stakeholders
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on consistency, accuracy, efficiency.
· Troubleshoot day to day security and compliance process/quality issues and document current state process maps, validating them with ISRM and IT infrastructure teams, undertaking gap analysis and producing/agreeing and managing improvement plans as necessary.
· Should be able to balance compliance/managed risks with practical implementation and can lead process changes as required.
· Foster - enhance positive working relationships with all stakeholders, for alignment.
· Keep up to date on the latest processes and technologies within IT Service Management and provide advice to management team.
Qualifications
- BE/MCA or Master Degree or equivalent University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Audit / compliance / Risk Management related regulatory/compliance as most current experience is required
- Good understanding of COBIT/ITIL based Service Delivery and Service Management Processes is desirable
-Exposure to Power Platform will be a plus
- Process leadership experience with good understanding of Project Management framework and Lean/Six sigma methodologies in IT support environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong track record of process improvement / process redesign and driving continuous culture change in global organization.
- Exposure to ERP and web applications (SAP Suite, leading cloud platforms viz. Workday, Concur, Ariba, etc) will be a plus
- Excellent facilitation and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous communication channels.
- Should be able to drive business-case - obtain sponsorship/alignment for improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in presentations and Good knowledge productivity tools viz. Powerpoint, Visio, Ms-Project, Excel (knowledge of macros, VB script will be advantage).
