Your Next Career Opportunity – Enterprise Applications Support Analyst II
The Enterprise Applications Analyst II delivers Tier 2 support with responsibility for resolving moderately complex system issues and performing configurations and supporting integrations across enterprise platforms to meet business and operational requirements.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Perform system configuration activities and manage changes to ensure production environments are controlled, documented, and aligned with organizational requirements.
Provide enterprise-wide support for one or more enterprise applications, not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, CLM, NexSysOne, Icertis, DocuSign, enterprise content management platforms, document management systems, UiPath (RPA), custom in-house applications, and future implemented solutions.
Provide timely guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support to end users to ensure effective use of supported applications.
Facilitate user training and support adoption of new software enhancements, system processes, and third-party products following implementation.
Perform unit testing and coordinate formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure testing is completed accurately and on time.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, internal department workflows, and system configurations, and implement practical solutions.
Partner with system administrators, IT staff, and other stakeholders to maintain system performance, configuration integrity, and compliance with organizational policies, SOX requirements, and IT standards, including documentation and approval processes.
Coordinate with vendors to refresh Sandbox environments as needed to support testing and maintain alignment with production systems.
Serve as first-level support for data integration issues between SBA systems, enterprise application vendors, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, software changes, reported incidents, resolutions, and required follow-up activities.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual system processes and support business testing activities as needed.
Maximize productivity while managing work with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, HR or related work experience.
2 to 5 years of working with enterprise applications support or related role.
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting global operations and working with cross-regional teams preferred.
Knowledge of integrations, data management, and system configurations.
Knowledge of data governance
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, CLM, NexSysOne, Icertis, DocuSign, enterprise content management platforms, document management systems, and/or UiPath (RPA) preferred.
