Job Description: 

As an App Development Engineer you will provide all aspects of primary support of the Microsoft 365 content sharing service with a knowledge of appropriate utilities tool user roles and application permissions and support of Microsoft web services on Windows servers.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Level 5 support in resolution of Microsoft 365 Content Sharing SharePoint Online, Teams, and more problems from Development and Test environments through PreProduction and Production environments.

• Engages with project program partners on testing the performance of the solution for all releases.

• Evaluates and recommends solutions to support test frameworks manual and regression testing in multiple environments.

• Perform the development customization amp testing of SharePoint web parts/apps using MS Visual Studio, Github and other modern techniques.

• Provide fixing for problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis design and new construction of next generation IT systems.

• Develops and maintains detailed and accurate documentation. Documentation may be required for operational procedures troubleshooting aids and technical analyses for products features and capabilities.

• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems as needed during testing and build cycles.

• Build and update solutions developed in PowerAutomate and PowerApps considering the possible integration with Microsoft graph API.PowerShell scripting for the Microsoft 365 products that our team manage.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Bachelor's student in Computer Science, Information Science Engineering or related fields

• 1+ years of experience in the following:

• Understanding of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 products such as SharePoint or MS Teams

• Basic database administration concepts

• 6+ months of experience in the following:

• Cloud computing related knowledge.(Azure, Aws)

• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages example (.Net Core, .Net framework, ASP.NET, SQL Server,PowerShell,JavaScript,Typescript,HTML5,CSS,React)
