In this role, you will be at the forefront of bridging cutting-edge AI capabilities with core enterprise platforms, leading transformational automation initiatives that directly boost operational efficiency across a global organization.
 
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
 
  • Architect and deploy scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP using GitHub Actions, Helm, and Flux CD.
  • Lead the design of intelligent AI-driven workflows for non-engineering systems using Agentic AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Implement robust observability frameworks with Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic to proactively monitor performance, optimize costs, and maximize system uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product, data, and security teams as a trusted advisor to establish high standards for cybersecurity, compliance, and xOps.
  • Drive data-informed operational agility by translating complex infrastructure metrics and cost optimization KPIs into actionable business ROI.
Essential Skills & Experience:
 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-grade Kubernetes and Docker environments across modern cloud architectures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in integrating complex enterprise APIs (such as Workday and Salesforce) and managing secure identity frameworks like OIDC and SAML.
  • Strong practical experience with modern CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Flux CD, Helm) and observability platforms (Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus).
  • Proven ability to act as a consultative advisor, translating technical DevOps and cloud requirements into strategic guidance for product teams.
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Hands-on experience applying Agentic AI concepts or Model Context Protocol (MCP) to legacy enterprise tools.
  • Track record of driving measurable ROI through proactive cloud cost optimization and infrastructure performance metrics.

    Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
