Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. Our Sponsored Results product helps healthcare providers grow their businesses by surfacing them more prominently in search — powered by real-time availability, relevancy, and a competitive bidding model. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven ad expert to help large enterprise clients realize the full value of this product. Our ideal candidate will own a full-cycle process, from acquisition through optimization and ongoing campaign management for some of Zocdoc’s highest potential clients. 


You’ll enjoy this role if you…

  • Are an expert in auction-based digital ads products with experience simplifying data and metrics into compelling, persuasive narratives for growth
  • Are confident diving into performance data to uncover patterns based on specialty, market, and other key demographics
  • Fluent in turning anonymized marketplace benchmarks into persuasive pitch materials for executives
  • Are excited by the challenge of helping a VP of Marketing at a major health system understand why Sponsored Results can outperform their other acquisition channels
  • Love presenting actionable campaign insights during QBRs or renewal conversations to demonstrate ROI and encourage upsell
  • Enjoy collaborating with internal analytics and product marketing teams to refine messaging and evidence for executive presentations
  • Like proactively identifying and developing a mitigation strategy for clients who are at risk of churn based on declining performance or engagement
  • Prefer working directly with Sales and Success reps to co-own revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Get excited about helping shape how Sponsored Results becomes a core part of Zocdoc’s value proposition for enterprise clients

Your day to day is…


  • Analyzing market and performance data to identify high-potential enterprise clients for Sponsored Results adoption and expansion
  • Building data-backed recommendations and presentations that demonstrate ROI and strategic value to key stakeholders
  • Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to pitch, grow, and retain Sponsored Results campaigns across large provider groups and health systems
  • Managing and optimizing active campaigns to ensure top performance, uncover improvement opportunities, and mitigate churn risks
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and product teams to surface insights and inform roadmap evolution
  • Monitoring client health, surfacing risks proactively, and guiding customers toward long-term success
  • Continuously refining campaign strategies to improve outcomes for both Zocdoc and its provider partners

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 4+ years in an enterprise ad sales or performance marketing role at a tech, SaaS, or ad tech company
  • Experience with campaign optimization in a bid-based or performance-based ad model
  • Deep experience using data to tell stories, influence decision-making, and drive customer growth
  • Polished communication skills and comfort engaging with VP and C-level executives
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range
$120,000$170,000 USD
