About the RoleManifest is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a book of enterprise accounts. You'll build relationships with C-suite decision makers, drive retention and expansion, and help shape how the account management function scales. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and customer outcomes — your work directly fuels company growth.
What You’ll DoOwn retention, adoption, and expansion across your enterprise account portfolio
Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level and key decision makers
Lead Executive Business Reviews to surface growth opportunities and align on strategy
Partner with Account Executives to launch the platform across new enterprise accounts
Report on account health and proactively flag risks and opportunities
Feed customer insights into product, support, and marketing teams to improve roadmap and experience
Must-haves:
5+ years in B2B account management or new business sales
Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accounts
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid organizational and project management skills
Comfort operating in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment
Nice-to-haves:
Experience at a high-growth startup
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
You want to help build an account management function, not just fill a seat. You thrive on owning outcomes end-to-end across complex customer relationships. You're energized by working cross-functionally to solve real customer problems.
