We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account (Sales) Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key public sector clients. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate must have strong public sector sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
Identify and engage target accounts through outbound, networking, and partner-led channels
Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and position relevant cloud solutions
Own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Present CloudPlexo’s cloud consulting, managed services, and transformation offerings to senior decision-makers
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and solution approaches
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business agreements
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activity, and customer interactions
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development
Demonstrated success closing complex deals within cloud services, technology, telco, or IT consulting
Proven ability to self-source opportunities and drive deals to closure
Experience selling solutions and services rather than off-the-shelf products
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable engaging C-level and senior enterprise decision-makers
Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
