We’re growing our Enterprise Sales team and excited to bring on an Enterprise Account Manager who will serve as the link between TigerConnect and assigned client accounts. The AM will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the customer’s communication and workflow opportunities and strategies, and will design account plans that facilitate long term business growth, portfolio expansion, and client satisfaction. They will also be required to operate collaboratively within the internal TigerConnect organization, influencing and executing effectively within a matrixed organization including the sales, marketing, client success, and product teams.  

 

What You’ll Be Doing:  

  • Function as primary partner for specific clients, understanding business needs, and growing their portfolio of products through cross-sell and upsell motions  

  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan  

  • Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline  

  • Build strong, cross functional relationships with all levels of a customer organization  

  • Understand competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders  

  • Build and execute account plans; coordinate and deploy TigerConnect resources to accomplish these plans  

  • Utilize data and scorecards to review trends and develop actionable outcomes  

  • Facilitate contract negotiation & pricing with clients  

  • Travel to client sites as needed  

What You Bring:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred  

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level   

  • 5+ years of proven account management or other relevant experience in the healthcare industry  

  • Saas sales experience required 

  • Deep knowledge of health systems and healthcare is preferred  

  • Experience working with executive-level leadership internally and externally  

  • Experience in negotiating customer contracts & pricing  

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills  

  • Experience with implementing and managing EMR, health technologies, SaaS or consulting solutions in the health system market, targeting all levels of organizations  

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs  

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment  

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity  

  • Tech stack experience preferred – Salesforce and Outreach  

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
