About the Role:
We’re seeking Associate Account Executives (AAE) to work strategically with the VP, India (Customer) as well as cross-regionally with Account Executives across US and EMEA markets to drive sales activity through the early, middle, and late stages of a deal to generate closed-won business.
In this role, you will specifically focus on global accounts with international headquarters (US/EMEA) that have key operational hubs based in India or Manila. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with global leaders, cross-border deal teams, and gain intimate exposure to an enterprise sales playbook, ultimately preparing you for an exciting growth path in your sales career. At Navan, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, connecting cutting-edge travel and expense solutions with industry-leading global companies.
What You'll Do:
- Target Account Prospecting: Identify and target multinational accounts headquartered outside the region with active operational bases in India or Manila.
- Global AE Collaboration: Partner closely with US and EMEA Account Executives to co-sell, align on account strategies, and assist in driving complex cross-border deals to closure.
- Early-stage sales activity: Prospect research, tailored email and phone call outreach, setting and running demos, and logging and tracking daily activities.
- Mid-stage sales activity: Map complex prospect orgs, conduct targeted outreach to key local and global stakeholders, provide regional market intel to US/EMEA AEs and the VP, nurture relevant contacts, and participate in MEDDPICC qualification.
- Late-stage sales activity: Prepare external presentation material and internal briefing decks alongside the VP, India and global AE partners; coordinate seamlessly with Account Management and implementation/launch teams for a smooth customer handoff.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of progressive experience working in client-facing role(s) interacting with high-level stakeholders (C-Suite, VPs, Directors).
- Experience or strong comfort collaborating with global sales teams (US/EMEA) and navigating matrixed, multi-geography account structures.
- Demonstrated project-management experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis to drive process efficiencies.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce.
- Passion for business strategy, global account mapping, and consultative solution selling.
