The Role

You'll architect and execute breakthrough customer acquisition strategies while joining forces with our elite Zoom Channel team to dominate the market.

This exciting remote position reports directly to the Manager of Zoom Region Germany North.

About the team:

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of proven enterprise sales excellence in technology, specifically UCaaS/CCaaS solutions

  • Track record of landing major new logos, expanding existing accounts, and managing complex enterprise deals

  • Master presenter with ability to deliver compelling, strategic product demonstrations

  • Expert in solution selling with outstanding relationship-building skills across all organizational levels

  • Consistent record of smashing sales quotas with an unstoppable competitive drive

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial fire and passion for continuous growth and team success

  • Strategic powerhouse with executive presence that commands respect in C-level interactions

  • Advanced CRM expertise and strategic territory management capabilities

  • Native-level German fluency with excellent business English skills

  • Strong social media presence and engagement, particularly on LinkedIn, to maximize territory impact
