The Account Development Representative position provides a high level of impact to drive net new business for the organization by building relationships, navigating prospect organizations and clearly communicating the value of Exabeam.
This is a US remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and build pipeline by setting meetings with key decision makers
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound cold calls per day
- Research and identify target Accounts leveraging various data sources
- Successfully manage and overcome objections
- Follow successful processes
- Identify innovative outbound campaigns and programs with Sales and Marketing teams
- Meet and exceed your defined quota per month
Requirements:
- Must be a self starter and proficient at working independently and remotely
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Collaborative and coachable mindset
- Experience in outbound prospecting
- Excellent time and territory management
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a high level of energy that translates to colleagues and customers
- Experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data tools

Base Pay Range:
$52,000 - $65,500
- Range is reflective of base pay only
- Does not include variable pay
- Base pay is dependent on experience and may vary based on geography
