Prudential Financial is seeking an Enrollment Strategy Relationship Manager to join Group Insurance in support of the execution of our Enrollment Strategy. Our Enrollment strategy and relationships play an integral role in the experience of our customers.

The Enrollment Strategy Relationship Manager will report directly to Head of Enrollment and is accountable for day-to-day support of the enrollment partnerships to optimize relationships, manage costs, drive sales and track growth targets with customers leveraging our enrollment solutions. In addition, this role will support implementation of new partnerships, drive internal operations, and build relationships through weekly calls. They will serve as the primary point of contact for a matrix of partner resources including Distribution, Operations, IT, Product, etc.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is dependent on the business preferences and your location, potentially requiring your on-site presence on occasion at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:

  • Support operations of partnerships including repeatable, documented processes and procedures for reporting and updating SharePoint, so information is easily accessible and communicated widely.

  • Build partnerships with key partners via monthly/weekly/daily calls to find opportunities, increase awareness of trends, and resolve any issues.

  • Respond to Distribution inquiries on partner capabilities and integrations, identifying ideal customer candidates, gathering competitive intelligence, and supporting RFPs, finalists, and day-to-day logistics.

  • Provide training on new and existing capabilities and work with internal partners to ensure awareness and positioning of our capabilities through all steps of the quoting, marketing, and finalist process.

  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence to gather data and review trends, evaluating and reporting out on ROI.

  • Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Solid understanding of Group Insurance products and services and how they are sold.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, partnership, and presentation skills

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams and with all levels of the organization.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.

  • Comfort level with Digital technology and tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Ideal candidate should preferably have 3+ years of Group Insurance experience.

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
