We're hiring an Enrollment Specialist to work exclusively with warm, event-generated prospects who've already raised their hand. Your job is to guide serious adults through an informed enrollment decision — no cold calls, no hunting, no chasing.
If you've spent years converting high-intent buyers in the financial industry, admissions, real estate, or premium B2C — and you're looking for a role where a strong process produces strong results — this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Build relationships with warm prospects; conduct consultative enrollment conversations with prospects attending Trading Academy events
Close warm leads with integrity — this is a relationship, not a transaction.
Manage pipeline and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM
Partner with instructors and operations to deliver a seamless experience for your new enrollees.
What We're Looking For
7+ years B2C sales experience.
Experience closing sales in high-ticket, intangible, or consultative sales’ environments.
Experienced sales professionals from the financial industry, education enrollment, insurance, or real estate.
Proven track record closing warm, inbound, or event-generated leads
Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a single conversation
Coachable — you take feedback, run the process, and refine your approach
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000–$120,000+ earning potential — uncapped commission

Schedule
Full-time, onsite. Three weekends per month required — this is event-driven work, and that's where the pipeline is built.
