Welcomes and assists guests, students, and vendors while managing front desk operations. Coordinates training events, room setups, catering, materials, scheduling, instructor logistics, mail, supplies, maintenance contacts, travel arrangements, and office administration. Maintains registration and enrollment records in Salesforce and internal systems, prepares documents, supports phones and calendars, and keeps classrooms and common areas organized.

Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels for live financial education events. Manage ~$500K+/month budget, implement server-side tracking (Meta CAPI, GA4), integrate Salesforce offline conversions, run attribution and incrementality tests, reconcile platform and CRM data, build creative-test frameworks, and optimize the full funnel from lead to enrollment focused on buyers and cash return.
