One80 is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to support and enhance customer satisfaction by managing enrollment and life insurance portability services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with their life and health insurance needs.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Process applications from customers applying for a variety of insurance products. Review applications for completeness; identify and request missing information.
- Verify customer information via multiple data systems and/or direct customer contact. Respond to and/or distribute member requests for Portability and Conversion kits.
- Review data files for completeness; identify and request missing information. Review, examine and produce correspondence in support of member insurance notices.
- Compile data for mail merge notices that go out to policyholders. Provide correspondence in support of member requests for Insurance Policy(s).
- Issue insurance coverage materials upon completion of application processing.
- Data entry of key application data into multiple data systems.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience with data entry and/or document review with an insurance company, third party administrator, or other similar company.
- Demonstrated experience executing consistently on work deliverables in fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF products. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
