This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work four days in the office and one day remotely each week. Our office is located at 655 New York Ave, Washington, DC.
We offer 1 week of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
The UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of DC proudly serves the Dual Eligible Special Needs (D-SNP) population in the District of Columbia and is excited to recruit for an Enrollment & Reporting Analyst in our Operations team. This individual will be responsible for:
Enrollment & Eligibility
- Member Enrollment reporting needs, including coordination end-to-end, quality control, data cleaning, and regulatory-ready prep
- Eligibility research (including recertifications), problem-solving and resolutions for requests and/or escalations from the team or regulators
- Coordination with different teams across the enterprise
- Growth data and analytics, including identifying trends and opportunities for membership growth in the District of Columbia
Operations Regulatory Reporting
- Operations reporting needs, including reports related to recertifications, enrollee services and more
- Compliance support, including external audit support and coordination
Other Health Plan Operations Reporting or Analytics Support
- As needed, including managing data dashboards on excel or supporting enrollee services

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare enrollment and eligibility operations, including member enrollment reporting, recertification processes, and resolving complex eligibility issues or escalations
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, data management, and analytics, including data visualization and insights generation
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (create dashboards / spreadsheets, as well as sort, filter, use pivot tables and Macros)
- Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence/reports and work within templates)
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (create senior-level ready presentations or reports and present)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,000 to $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
