The Director of Enterprise Risk Intelligence provides strategic leadership for the enterprise-wide risk intelligence capability within Corporate Security, enabling proactive identification, analysis, and communication of risks impacting people, operations, and assets across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and maturing intelligence frameworks, workflows, and products that translate complex threat environments into decision-ready insights for senior leaders.
The Director ensures intelligence activities are structured, defensible, and aligned with enterprise risk priorities, while maintaining operational integration with the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) and Protective Intelligence functions. Acting as a senior advisor, the role influences enterprise decision-making through predictive analysis, governance rigor, and executive-level briefings.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce standardized intelligence lifecycle processes, including collection, analysis, validation, dissemination, and feedback loops.
- Establish enterprise intelligence governance models, including decision rights, accountability, escalation thresholds, and oversight mechanisms.
- Oversee enterprise risk intake and triage workflows in coordination with ESOC, ensuring timely, consistent, and prioritized risk routing.
- Lead strategic and forward-looking analysis on geopolitical developments, social movements, regional instability, and operational risk conditions.
- Ensure delivery of scalable situational awareness products, including geographic, regional, site, and asset-based risk assessments.
- Provide executive-level briefings and written intelligence assessments to senior security leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
- Integrate enterprise risk intelligence outputs with Protective Intelligence, Crisis Management, Threat Management, and other security partners.
- Direct quality assurance and analytic tradecraft standards aligned to Intelligence Community Directive 203 (ICD-203) and risk management best practices.
- Oversee 24/7 global intelligence coverage and escalation during emerging or critical risk events.
- Lead and develop ERI personnel, clarifying vertical ownership, expectations, and stakeholder interfaces.
- Guide technology and tool strategy for intelligence monitoring, analysis, and reporting, in alignment with enterprise needs.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, enterprise risk intelligence, or related security disciplines (public or private sector)
- Experience designing intelligence governance, taxonomies, or triage frameworks
- Experience operating at an enterprise governance and strategy level
- Ability to lead intelligence programs within complex, matrixed organizations
- Expert written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefings and decision-support products
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
