Sutherland is seeking a driven, reliable, and organized Enrollment Administrative Coordinator to join our healthcare team onsite at our Clifton, NJ office. As a Senior Associate, you will be the gatekeeper for our provider enrollment and credentialing operations. This is a critical role that requires a high level of integrity and meticulous attention to detail as you manage the manual intake, review, and digitization of sensitive healthcare documents.
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Form Intake & Audit: Receive incoming provider enrollment forms via mail. Manually review each document to ensure every section is complete, signatures are present, and data is accurate.
- Digitization: Perform high-volume, precision scanning of individual documents (front and back) with strict attention to detail.
- Documentation: Log, index, and maintain accurate records within the correct system sections.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team in meeting strict turnaround deadlines, maintain filing systems, and prepare mailings
- General Office Support: Utilize MS Office Suite and office equipment (copier/scanner) to maintain efficient workflow.
- Phone Calls: Minimal phone calls to Medicaid/Medicare to inquire on enrollment status. Very low call volumes; this is not a call-center role.
Qualifications

- Proven Reliability: A solid, consistent job history that demonstrates your ability to commit to a role and follow through on complex responsibilities.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry Preferred
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in catching errors others might miss. You understand the urgency of these documents and can manage your time to meet daily processing goals.
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially SharePoint), strong touch-typing skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with flexibility on start/end times (e.g., 8-4 or 9-5).
Compensation
- Pay: $19.50/hr (non-negotiable).
- Training: Paid at the same rate.
Employment Requirements & Conditions
- Probationary Period: 90 days.
- Attendance: 100% attendance is strictly required during the first 90 days.
- Screenings: Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
