Job DescriptionAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care to patients across our General & Rehabilitation Wards. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will assist and support patients throughout their care journey, contributing to positive outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
You will play an important role in supporting patients to achieve their recovery goals while delivering person-centred care in a fast-paced and rewarding hospital environment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and effective team player with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide patient focused care.
You will also have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified).
- A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in a hospital setting
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
