About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day. 

We are seeking expression of interest from Enrolled Nurses for our residential aged care home in Shepperton.

• Deliver high-quality care to elderly residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the Registered Nurses and other care team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being.
• Support residents with daily living activities.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. 
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach. 
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. 

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: 

• Recognised tertiary qualification and current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 
• Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care is preferred. 
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
