ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will include:
1) Drive and lead new product development team, for products across various businesses and product lines within the BU.
2) Drive best-in-class DfTs (Analog / Digital BiST solutions) for benchmark Cost-of-Test.
3) Own post-silicon Si bring-up, validation, characterization, and qualification activities and execute to fastest time-to-market.
4) Own entitlement goals for product execution, overall product cost (yields, test-times, multi-sites), and product quality.
5) Define, own, and impact continuous upkeep and maintenance of test program generation utilities and standard test method libraries.
6) Must be able to update / modify existing code with innovation and improvisation focused on efficiency and test-cost reduction.
7) Act as an interface between ATE vendor, BU PE and Design team to define test automation requirements and checklists.
8) Good understanding on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture (ETS800, T2K, IFlex etc.) and able to work with vendor to develop low level automation code.
9) ATE TP development (T2K, ETS364, ETS8000, V93K, VLCT). Product Management, feasibility analysis. HW design
Good IC, test knowledge and background, across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal, along with knowledge of ATE platforms, DfT strategies and test methods, and test instrumentation requirements for various Analog, Mixed-Signal, and Digital tests is critical. Having additional experience and knowledge of high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Serdes, LPDDR, CSI/DSI, etc.) is considered a plus. Knowledge of high-voltage (>1kV) test requirements and careabouts is a must. Must have prior hands-on experience working DfT, ATE Test Equipment for IC testing, and good understanding of ATE system architectures.
