- Manage and coordinate multiple NPI-related projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution from concept through volume production.
- Serve as the central interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage NPI project execution across NPD, EFK T10 transfer, and engineering builds to ensure on‑time, on‑target delivery.
- Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination to drive alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Provide EBR planning, project visibility, and management reporting, supporting phase‑gate readiness and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
- Experience in NPI, manufacturing, or semiconductor/electronics environment is preferred.
- Strong project management skills (schedule, risk, and stakeholder management).
- Familiar with NPD lifecycle, technology transfer, and manufacturing ramp-up.
