About the Role

As an English Teammate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via written and verbal communication channels (e.g., chat, email, or phone).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company and client quality standards.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service, BPO, or contact center environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • The client's minimum requirement for the English language is B2.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with desktop applications, including web browsers and email.
  • Experience in content moderation is a plus.

Schedule & Logistics

  • The role may require shifts outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
