Job Requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong backend background.
- 2 different roles and an overall of 5+ years of experience as a team leader, preferably on dynamic, fast-paced companies.
- Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable web architecture.
- Experience developing SaaS products hosted in a cloud platform like AWS or equivalent.
- People person with strong leadership skills who can build a winning team.
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
The following are a big plus
- Experience in building Partners API.
- Experience developing data processing applications, knowledge in ETLs, different data bases .
- Experience developing a product from scratch.
- Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java / GO in the languages row.
- Experience developing a payroll/ payments/HR related product.
- Having both backend and frontend development experience.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and query optimization
