From visibility and planning to risk insights and reporting, the Portfolio product empowers enterprises to execute at scale.
As Team Lead, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to define the team’s long-term vision, shape its roadmap, and guide execution. You’ll play a key role in driving both technical direction and team growth, making this an ideal role for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to build at the core of monday.com’s enterprise value.
