About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will set and maintain standards across all 3 of our manufacturing sites, managing the warehouses and handling internal customer requests efficiently.

What You Will Do
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Safety Leadership: Being a role model for safety.
- System Management: Implementing and maintaining a system to store and distribute spare parts.
- Supplier Relations: Selecting suppliers and maintaining relationships to balance availability, quality, and cost.
- Team Leadership: Leading the team according to Essity processes, managing performance, and handling consequence management.
- Performance Monitoring: Introducing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for performance monitoring.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in obsolescence management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Working Capital reduction experience.
- Technical knowledge of warehouse operations and parts.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse and racking safety regulations.
