Job Description:
Secure the Personnel Safety at the Site
- Create a culture for the Project that values the safety of Associates, Contractors, Visitors, etc.
- Oversee the completion of a multi-phase PRP review throughout the Project.
- Develop and manage a process at the Project Site that systematically evaluates risks and hazards.
- Implement actions that eliminate and mitigate these hazards.
Lead the Execution of the Project
- Ensure that the project objectives for Safety, Security, Q&FS, Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Hand-Over are accomplished.
- Define a clear RACI to define roles and responsibilities.
- Establish and manage the maintenance of a dashboard and reporting format to track the objectives.
- Perform periodic communications to convey the status of the Project.
Ensure Site Communication and Alignment
- Align the goals of the Project with all stakeholders
- Communicate Project-related activities to the Site, Contractors, and Partners.
- Perform communication sessions to convey Project status.
- Alert and escalate all subject, topic, timeline or budget deviation versus initial plan.
- Direct the construction of periodic and quarterly report for communication at RC Global.
Manage the Project Team
- Lead the Project Team in the execution.
- Assign areas of responsibility and direct Team members to manage the execution within their perimeters.
- Provide development opportunities for Team members to expand their skills and experiences.
Direct the Final Project Evaluations
- Conduct the hand-over of the Project’s installations to the Local Supply Team.
- Complete the PRP Review through up to an including an Operational Acceptance Review.
- Complete a Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the completed project.
