Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of mission critical programs for development of OEM products for embedded vision, Edge AI, RFID, and spectroradiometer technology used in medical devices, robotics, and scientific instruments fields. You will ensure all projects and programs are completed on time, within budget, and to standard. You'll play a critical role ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. You may have supervisory responsibilities for a team of Project Management professionals.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

  • Leading a portfolio of large mission critical projects and teams that are interconnected.
  • Setting standards for project planning, execution, reporting, and risk-management are adhered to.
  • Collaborating with executive leaders to meet the program's needs related to resourcing, cost, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement, building project management capabilities, and serving as advisor and coach to others.
  • Communicating return on investment of projects and programs based on successes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.

  • 5+ years of experience successfully delivering large, complex, interconnected projects and programs within a highly technical environment.
  • Expert in project management methodologies/tools with success establishing and embedding project and program management best practices.
  • PMP Certification strongly desired
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Able to anticipate and solve problems, make data-driven decisions, and coach others to do the same.
  • Proven ability to recover projects from setbacks such as resources, budget, and delays.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $127,732 to $166,851 per year depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
