How you’ll make an impact- Develop and maintain detailed engineering schedules.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to clarify scope and deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Track progress, analyze variances, and report insights to leadership.
- Support resource planning to optimize workload distribution.
- Create clear, data‑driven reports on performance and scheduling.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with PTC Creo parametric and drafting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Preferred experience in planning, scheduling, or engineering project coordination.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
