How you’ll make an impact
  • Develop and maintain detailed engineering schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to clarify scope and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Track progress, analyze variances, and report insights to leadership.
  • Support resource planning to optimize workload distribution.
  • Create clear, data‑driven reports on performance and scheduling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with PTC Creo parametric and drafting.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Preferred experience in planning, scheduling, or engineering project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
