NVIDIA is the leader in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization. The GPU, our invention, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of our products and services. Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery, and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars.
NVIDIA is seeking exceptional individuals to help accelerate the next wave of artificial intelligence. As an Engineering Operations Program Manager, you will oversee all engineering ramp activities for new NVIDIA products. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to plan and drive the transition from ODM/OEM prototypes to mass production (including boards, systems, and racks). You will ensure that all external partners adhere to our development and testing activities, maintaining high-quality standards and correct hardware and software configurations throughout the project development phase.
What you’ll be doing:
Plan and execute hardware prototype builds aligned with program milestones.
Independently drive strategic and tactical build schedules with ODM/OEM partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Manage OEM/ODM partners component readiness, production capacity, and equipment budgeting to support engineering builds and production ramps.
Identify and mitigate build and launch risks with proactive contingency plans.
Serve as the central communication point for engineering build status and updates.
Define tasks, assign responsibilities, and track execution progress.
Optimize build planning across cost, logistics, scheduling, staffing, and testing with external partners.
Support long-term strategic planning, including facility readiness, production line capacity, and supply chain forecasting.
What we need to see:
6+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations program management, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment
BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience; MS preferred.
Strong understanding of hardware development, server systems, and manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated experience working with global OEM/ODM/CM partners and managing international production ramps.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills—capable of clearly conveying technical and operational updates to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Flexible to travel; support OEM/ODM partners and manufacturing sites.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with OEM/ODM/CM management and familiarity with international manufacturing environments.
Deep knowledge of hardware manufacturing and prototype build execution.
Ability to influence product design for manufacturability and supply chain agility.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA).
Passion for delivering high-quality engineering programs and driving process excellence.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

What We Do
NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.”
