About Role:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Patterns, and a solid understanding of Event-driven Microservices Architecture. This role will involve guiding technical architecture, collaborating closely with product managers, owning end-to-end delivery ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.

Leading delivery and ownership of projects end-to-end.
Leading team of Engineers to design and implement technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.
Work closely with Product Managers to understand market demands and translate them into technical strategies.
Oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as Bitbucket/Git and Jenkins to ensure efficient deployment.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of AWS and its associated services.
Ensure robust database management and design using MySQL and MongoDB.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven development tools, and drive practical adoption to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities

Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
