Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team and lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner.
Your primary responsibility is people support and ensuring that they are growing as engineers, doing valuable work, and generally having a great time at Softeta.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and serve an effective team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development;
• Bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders;
• Identify the capabilities of each team member and allocate them to their a best-match project;
• Drive the recruitment process;
• Develop a healthy, collaborative engineering culture;
• Contribute to the company’s strategy and growth.

• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and a deep understanding of the software development process;
• Experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects;
• A proven history of developing connections and influencing both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and C-level executives.
• Strong people management and leadership skills;
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management team members.
