After a successful first year, you willBe running teams with 80% commitment accuracy in delivery projections, Bug SLA turnaround is being met, and employees have high NPS scores.
What you'll doAct as a PHP/Jquery developer for our web application 50% of the time.
Act as an engineering manager for our Web/Services team (team ownership could change as org evolves)
Highly motivated player/coach who is excited about working in a scale-up environment.
You are familiar with metrics like cycle time, throughput, velocity and how those systems can be improved. Ideally you’re familiar with “The Phoenix Project” and/or Accelerate or any work by Gene Kim or constraint theory
You still very much enjoy being a technical contributor but know how to balance between IC and Managerial work
You’ve been part of a PagerDuty/On call rotation
You like being in imperfect environments and leading through change to create positive and productive cultures
