Engineering Manager position requires to lead and manage a team of engineers. This includes developing and implementing processes to ensure successful delivery of projects, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and providing technical guidance and support.
- Managing the daily operations of engineering team, including hiring new team members or terminating those who are not performing well
- Reviewing engineering proposals to determine if they meet industry standards, are cost effective, and are feasible from an engineering standpoint
- Managing the implementation of new designs, processes, or products in order to increase efficiency or improve customer satisfaction
- Assigning tasks, giving regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance, ensuring that everyone is working effectively together as a team
- Provide a team with soft-skills and technical mentorship
What you will bring
- Managing experience for 2+ years
- Development experience for 3+ years
- Experience to build DevOps and Agile culture
- Experience to manage cross-functional team
- Understanding of product management
- Mentoring and/or coaching experience
