We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core backend teams and help us on our mission in developing life saving software!
The Role:
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for designing, building and advancing the scalable and robust backend part of the Viz platform which is responsible for ingesting, and processing large volumes of medical data coming from all Viz enabled hospitals.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a scalable, always on, mission critical medical data ingestion platform
- Building and mentoring the team. Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
- Working closely with the AI group to easily and seamlessly integrate AI models into the software pipeline.
- Working with other engineering and product teams to ensure the solution is aligned with the viz product and business vision
- Being an enabler for the company’s growth.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in engineering positions
- 3+ years of management positions in similar field
- Experience is building large scale distributed systems in a cloud environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects teams in an Agile environment
- Hands-on mentality - a must
- B.SC or higher in Computer Science or similar.
- People person, team player and strong “can do” mentality

We are located in San Francisco and Tel Aviv - this position is based in Tel Aviv.
Our office in Tel-Aviv is located in Menachem Begin 150, within walking distance of Arlozorov and Ha'Shalom train stations.
