 The Engineering Manager at Doka USA will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Southwest branch by leading the engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge formwork and shoring systems. This position seeks a leader with a deep technical background and a passion for innovation. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. By fostering strong collaboration with different departments, customers, and other stakeholders, the Engineering Manager will ensure that our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Oversee the design and development of formwork and shoring systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to assess project progress and address any engineering challenges.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in formwork and shoring engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
