Job Description:
The engineering department is consolidated under one roof all engineering activities from the implementing new processes/machines in production through NPI process down to support production.
engineering team includes chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and infrastructure.
The team supports the factory to implement new technologies, sustain existing ones, and solve high-level malfunctions to assure on-time delivery and supply to our customers.
Shapes continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen technical competencies and collaboration with other teams. Aligns activities of the group with evolving Business Unit priorities. Manages, mentors, and develops engineers. Engages directly with senior management stakeholders and external partners.

Identify and scope the required work. Organize and build detailed plans including schedules, resource budgets, quality and risk management plans, and verification and validation plans. Prioritize work and organize timely responses to urgent situations.

Provide technical direction and leadership.
Accountabilities :

Implementing new products, technologies, and process from R&D phase to mass production phase.

Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.

Be the focal point for all process engineering issues.

Coaching and leading engineering team members

Point of contact for other departments: R&D, Production, QA
-
Troubleshooting complex problems in surface treatment machines and process abnormality.

Initiate process improvements and develop new process/machines
Job Requirements:
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

B.Sc. in chemical or machining Eng.
-
3 years' experience as Eng manager/team leader at production facility/
Critical Skills/technical know-how:

Critical Experience:

At least 3 years in a similar role Medical Device Industry - MUST
