Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team responsible for mobile software delivery and execution of our mobile strategy that support multiple business units across Solera using Agile.

Creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team environment that can adapt quickly to changes.

Establishing work patters that will enable the team to deliver at a constant pace and growing the team as needed to meet our business unit needs.

Guiding the team through the mobile transformation journey through thought leadership, collaboration, empowerment.

Identifying and communicating solutions, risks, issues with leadership and providing possible mitigation strategies so Solera can achieve it strategic vision.

Understanding the dynamic mobile landscape for both Android and iOS platform and keeping it aligned with Solera's application portfolio.
What You’ll Bring
- Masters/ Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent
- Broad Mobile Development Experience including iOS and Android.
- 10+ years of software engineering work exp., including hands-on technical management building Native and Cross Platform Mobile App development on iOS and Android.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building Native and Cross Platform Mobile App development on iOS and Android.
- 3+ years experience in managing teams including performance appraisal
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing agile technical teams, including performance management
