Senior Manager (Software Engineering)
Engineering Manager with handson skills in,
1. Dot Net Development
2. Deep knowledge of Kafka
3. Azure
4. Unit testing and Test Automation
5. DevOps
6. Php, Power BI, or any other reporting platform.
7. AI Implementation details in JD below
Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, along with 10 or more years of related experience.
•    Strong computer and networking fundamentals with strong problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient in the discipline of software development, project management, and team development.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
•    10+ years of full-stack development; designing interactive web applications, developing web services.
•    5+ years as a tech lead and/or manager (3+ Years as tech lead is a must)
•    3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net/Azure technical stack
•    Software development experience with at least 3 of the following technologies/frameworks, including but not limited to: C#.Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.
•    Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, etc. and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts.
AI Initiative Expertise:
o    Drive AI adoption across delivery and engineering teams. 
o    Proficient in AI Tools like GitHub CoPilot, Cursor etc. with end-to-end implementation.
o    Quantifying AI Adoption using various Metrics.
o    Identify productivity improvement opportunities using AI technologies.
o    Lead ideation workshops and innovation initiatives. 
o    Build cross-functional collaboration around AI implementation. 
o    Define engineering productivity metrics enabled through AI. 
o    Lead design and implementation of AI Metrics Dashboard. 
o    Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for adoption.

Details
•    Provide hands on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions.
•    Own end to end implementation of a feature from requirements, architect, design, develop and deployment to production by collaborating within and across functional or operations teams
•    Actively participate in development and code reviews
•    Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges.
•    Lead new/latest tech exploration and security, compliance initiatives.
