We are seeking an experienced and visionary QA Manager to lead our growing Quality Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of quality in a fast-growing organization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence across multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, and web. You will define and execute a long-term quality strategy while building scalable processes, tools, and teams that can support rapid growth.

• Develop and implement a forward-looking QA strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

• Establish a Center of Excellence to standardize processes, tools, and best quality assurance practices.

• Drive innovation in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and performance testing to ensure scalability and efficiency.

• Design robust systems for end-to-end quality assurance across all platforms (desktop, mobile, web).

• Integrate QA processes seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable fast and reliable software delivery.

• Define and track key quality metrics to measure quality and product reliability.

• Build and grow a high-performing QA team by recruiting top talent and nurturing professionals at varying levels of seniority.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Mentor team members to develop their technical skills and leadership capabilities while aligning them with organizational goals.

• Partner closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

• Act as an advocate for quality across the organization, influencing decision-making at all levels.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within high-growth or scale-up environments.

• Expertise in building scalable QA processes, automation frameworks, and tooling for multi-platform systems.

• Strong technical background.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing testing processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
