We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Leader to join our team at Clearwater. This pivotal role involves achieving sales quotas by effectively addressing prospects' challenges through our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity, deep sector and, preferably, SaaS experience, and a passion for exceeding targets. As the Corporate Cash Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing prospects, leading them through the sales journey from initial contact to contract closure. Your expertise in Clearwater's products and industry domains will be instrumental in driving success.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales quotas by winning new business targeting new corporate logos.
Build and expand pipeline by self-sourcing, collaborating with BDRs/SDRs, and driving marketing to source into prospect accounts.
Lead comprehensive demonstrations of the Clearwater platform and products.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain-points, customize solutions, and document findings to support implementation and client support post-sale.
Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure new business opportunities.
Own the market as their own book of business to drive growth and bookings.
Serve as direct product and roadmap advocate for key prospects.
Required Skills:
10+ years selling into top tier corporate accounts
Deep understanding of the corporate treasury world
History of owning highly strategic accounts and proven growth
Solution based selling approach, multi-tier, comfortable at C suite
Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and quotas.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle.
Previous SaaS sales experience is a plus
