Design and rebuild a scalable metadata service, making architecture, database, and protocol decisions for a data-intensive distributed system. Partner with Platform Engineering and DevOps to improve reliability, performance, and delivery. Use benchmarks and research to guide decisions, contribute shared service patterns, review code, document rationale, and maintain high reliability standards.

Build and operate reliable backend services for authentication, authorization, storage, filespace provisioning, and billing using Node.js and TypeScript. Manage AWS infrastructure, observability, incident response, SLOs, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and on-call operations. Investigate production failures, lead root-cause analysis, write postmortems, and contribute to high-availability and disaster-recovery modernization efforts.

Join LucidLink's core team to design and develop scalable web applications using TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Provide L2 technical support for LucidLink's file-streaming/cloud networking product: triage, reproduce and debug customer issues across macOS/Windows/Linux, collect logs/dumps, escalate to engineering, and advise customers on configuration and best practices.

Lead motion design from brief to delivery: research, create video and animation for marketing and product, collaborate cross-functionally, use data and design systems to improve outcomes, maintain brand consistency, and incorporate AI-enabled workflows where relevant.
