The Engineering Infrastructure Manager will oversee individuals with varying technical responsibilities, including Operations Engineers, Technical Writers, Calibration Technicians, and other specialized roles. Additionally, this leader will support hiring and implementation of new product lines being transferred to the State College facility, ensuring successful integration and operational readiness.
This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This is an on-site position with less than 15% travel required.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Support the integration and ramp-up of new product lines transferred to State College.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to support Ultrasound Probe Supply Chain initiatives.
Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for team members.
Ensure operational excellence through effective resource planning and process improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals.
Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in engineering leadership or operations management role.
Strong understanding of technical operations and ability to manage diverse technical functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and grow high-performing teams.
Experience with semiconductor or wafer-related technologies is a plus.
Experience with material science and/or ceramic processing (dicing, grinding, sputtering) is highly beneficial.

Master’s Degree
