About the role
In this role, you will lead and mentor a technical team of developers and testing experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll oversee project development, collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, product management, and QA teams, and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and security. Additionally, you’ll manage resources, timelines, and budgets while driving technical strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Main responsibilities:

Oversee the development and maintenance of digital projects in our ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, product management, and QA to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security within the team.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.

Drive technical strategy and decision-making, ensuring the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, leading remote global teams across time zones..

Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS and modern web technologies.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Proven experience to manage and mentor a team of developers, building highly skilled product teams and operating as a change agent.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.

Experience with MACH Architecture

Strong sense of urgency in delivering results and high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
