Your leadership will empower engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable products to our clinical and operational customers with minimal friction.
What You’ll Do

- Validate and drive self-service platform solutions, standard CI/CD pipelines, and automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Champion cloud-native standards and golden paths for containerized (Kubernetes/EKS) and serverless deployment environments.
- Partner closely with Product Development and InfoSec leadership to reduce developer friction and accelerate time-to-market.
- Establish enterprise-wide observability, monitoring, and reliability standards (DataDog, OpenTelemetry) to guarantee platform resilience.
- Manage cloud resource governance, security compliance, performance tuning, and cost optimization across multi-account cloud environments.
- Define and track key metrics (DORA metrics, developer satisfaction, platform adoption) to evaluate and communicate platform impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership, managing software or platform engineering teams.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of building and delivering internal developer platforms or developer enablement tools.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Building applications atop AWS, EKS, and Terraform-based internal developer platforms.
- Strong background in CI/CD automation, GitOps principles, and modern deployment methodologies.
- Solid understanding of enterprise observability, operational excellence, and SRE best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on product-minded engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
