Generate qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, lead research, qualification, and scheduling product demonstrations. Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and sales engagement tools, meet opportunity quotas, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and develop healthcare technology and consultative selling expertise.

Provides post-sale support for approximately 20 healthcare client accounts, handling emails, cases, calls, claim reviews, patient balances, and demographic issues. Advises practice staff on revenue cycle best practices, resolves transactional questions within SLAs, identifies recurring problems, escalates complex issues, and recommends workflow, documentation, training, and risk-mitigation improvements. The role also identifies client pain points and potential expansion opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable IAM solutions using Java and related technologies. Lead authentication, authorization, provisioning, and single sign-on development; collaborate on requirements; review code; mentor junior engineers; troubleshoot complex issues; optimize performance and reliability; and support the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Leads enterprise AI and data governance, including AI allowlist management, data classification, DSPM/DLP requirements and validation, data-flow tracking, privacy assessments, vendor risk reviews, and policy evolution. Partners with Legal, Security, and Engineering to implement privacy-by-design and align governance with GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.

Leads the enterprise technology strategy for privacy, legal operations, AI, data governance, and compliance. Designs architecture and standards for tools such as OneTrust, implements legal technology including CLM and eDiscovery, automates compliance workflows with AI, manages vendors and technology budgets, and develops privacy incident management infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in privacy engineering, enterprise architecture, legal technology, GRC, information security, and regulations including GDPR, CCPA, NIST, and the EU AI Act.

Leads global public relations, external communications, corporate reputation, crisis communications, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, social media, employee advocacy, and customer advocacy programs. Advises executive leadership, manages agencies and a six-person team, oversees a seven-figure budget, integrates AI and analytics into PR operations, and develops performance metrics tied to market positioning, brand awareness, and commercial growth.

Lead database platform engineering and operations for highly available SQL, NoSQL, and streaming systems. Define the architecture roadmap, automate provisioning and scaling through Infrastructure as Code, establish reliability metrics and observability, manage schema migrations and zero-downtime deployments, and own database security, backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning. Own the AI Hub, validate approved AI tools and shared AI libraries, scale AI Spotlight sessions and workshops, embed AI fluency into learning content, and provide technical enablement for AI-powered leadership programs. Partner with IT, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders on governance, testing, risk mitigation, and role-based adoption. Experiment with advanced AI automation tools to improve Learning and Development initiatives.

Leads ModMed’s federal and state government affairs, public policy, regulatory advocacy, and external relations strategy across healthcare technology, EHR, and AI. Advises executive leadership and the board on legislative and regulatory risks, represents the company before policymakers and industry coalitions, develops policy positions, and manages lobbying firms and external advisors.

Architects an AI-first talent acquisition ecosystem by redesigning recruiting workflows, developing enablement playbooks, training recruiters and hiring managers, managing technology adoption, optimizing Workday and ATS integrations, and building analytics dashboards. The role translates AI and process data into actionable insights, improves hiring efficiency and quality, supports global change management, and establishes structured candidate assessment criteria.
